- ธุรกิจต้องเป็นธุรกิจที่ดำเนินการได้จริง ไม่ใช่การเก็งกำไร
- ต้องมีศักยภาพในการสร้างรายได้เพียงพอสำหรับดูแลนักลงทุนและครอบครัว
- ควรสร้างงานหรือส่งผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อเศรษฐกิจท้องถิ่น
- ต้องมีหลักฐานแสดงความพร้อม เช่น:
